When I was 14 I saw the news stand headlines of the zeebrugge disaster. Every headline had a different number of deceased. This was my first realisation that you couldn't trust any news that was printed for money. Took a little longer to realise that any format could be monetised.

I voted to remain. Reading about why Labour isn't re-joining the EU is doing my head in though. It's not our choice! Would people really want to re-join with a worse deal than we had originally? With the possibility of having to change our money to the Euro? Brexit cannot be reversed.

When Brexit happened I was so chuffed that so many previously apathetic people started taking an interest in politics. It ended up shocking me how many didn't try and educate themselves though. No one wanted to debate to expand their knowledge, but vehemently defended their beliefs.
