My kids keep me busy. Arsenal, Minnesota sports, history, music (often country). I enjoy a snifter of port at Christmas.

As a then buffs fan (my sister was there at the time) I watched the 62-36 game in a crowded Nebraska bar and it was a glorious football feast.
I was just thinking about this again, and how those Thanksgiving weekend Colorado/Nebraska games (RIP) were the pinnacle of Real Football to me when I was younger
I know everyone is partial to whatever their formative years were but man, the way shit was set up in the late nineties — once FSU and Penn State joined conferences, and the Big East was still intact — was perfection imo. that version of the Big Twelve was also the coolest it’s ever been

Bad news: Senator John Fetterman's book isn't selling. We need to support our Democratic senators if we want to take back Congress in 2026. That means walking the walk and putting our money where our mouth is — even if we disagree sometimes.

Support the Fetterman Book Fund!

Excited to see what happens when a Waymo is stuck behind a Minnesotan driver who won’t pull into the intersection on a green light when they’re trying to make a left turn.
Minnesota law neither prohibits nor specifically allows automated vehicles to conduct testing on streets in Minnesota, a MnDOT spokesperson said.

“We expect this to come up during the next legislative session and look forward to being included in those discussions,” spokesperson Anne Meyer said.

one thing about this is that in the wake of all of this kirk is basically forgotten. he was barely cold in the ground before his allies — before his *wife* — started scheming over what they could take for themselves. a real life parable.
New: Reuters has tallied job losses, suspensions and investigations stemming from the reaction to Charlie Kirk's Sept. 10 assassination. Its findings: More than 600 Americans have been punished, and the figure is likely to be an under-count.
