Here in Kansas people said about KS SB 180 "oh there is no way it'll pass"
It passed and now I am legally banned from ANY gendered restroom, so uh, at this point I might not trust people's assessments about which bills are "never going to pass"

An older couple mistakenly got some of my mail and they walked 20 minutes to my place this morning to deliver it, out of sheer moral goodness. It was a notice from immigration services for a relative of mine—good news, don’t worry—who just got a green card. I’m very grateful for DC neighbors.
