The alternate history of the USA that I keep thinking about is Grover Cleveland's secret surgery at sea

The president was diagnosed with cancer in 1893. To keep secret the fact that his life was at risk, they snuck him out & performed risky surgery on the open ocean

I do not understand why the traffic to our blog has increased quite so much over the past couple of months.

The traffic spike is about 30 per cent on chrome, and about 60 per cent based in the USA.

About 35 per cent is via Google, and 25 per cent is from Bluesky.
