Oh, it's just incredible and effortless how Kristen Stewart dismantles and diagnoses the pathology and ego of Brando (and... well, all the dudes in Hollywood) here. www.youtube.com/shorts/_h-iK... There's just so many parallels to tech in this. And I'm so glad she's solid in herself to just SAY it.

More Steve Rogers. Look i like his character but to bring him back is peak imaginative bankruptcy. They may as well have asked chatGPT to write the plot. I think we might be better off if the MCU simply took a five year break or something.

Before satellite mega-constellations began taking off in 2019, satellites used to go months without risking a collision in orbit.

Now they have less than a week to take evasive maneuvers, and the window keeps shrinking. My @sciam.bsky.social story below.

I read the novel. It's a great story.
I was ready to write off THE SHEEP DETECTIVES, a comedy where talking CGI sheep solve the murder of their beloved shepherd, but the trailer won me over.

They also really buried the lede: the screenplay is written by Craig Mazin, the showrunner for CHERNOBYL and THE LAST OF US.

The sweaty desperation of bringing back both Downey and Evans for Avengers: Doomsday tells me that Marvel has no faith in anything they’ve done in The Multiverse Saga, and they’re praying they can bring back people who clocked out after Endgame.

The AI thing is a huge problem in education. It contributes the most to my grading fatigue and delays.

So I am sympathetic to teachers here.

But this is not the way to do it at all. Students must always have a chance to respond, show evidence, etc.

Teachers are using software to see if students used AI. What happens when it's wrong?
School districts from Utah to Ohio to Alabama are spending thousands of dollars on these tools, despite research showing the technology is far from reliable.
