Breaking: In DOJ Paperwork Snafu, James Comey May Never Have Been Properly Indicted

Just out of court, where judge established that second operative two-count indictment of Comey was never presented to or voted on by the grand jury.

Judge wanted immediate additional briefing on that issue.

Halligan's incompetence is so overwhelming that the practical legal answers of how to unravel the situation devolve to esoteric questions of philosophy.
So arguably the judge can’t dismiss the case because there is, technically, no case!

I love this for them
Trump appointed Harmeet Dhillon to the Justice Department so she could own the libs and sue DEI out of existence. But she is a bad lawyer! And her utter incompetence is the main reason why a conservative Trump judge just struck down the racist Texas gerrymander. slate.com/news-and-pol...

Let me tell you about the other Epstein files the Trump administration is STILL HIDING — records that aren’t affected by the bill Congress passed today.

One thing I’ve learned since yesterday is that there’s a sexual assaulters club. And if you’re in the club, all other club members will go to great lengths to defend not only your right to sexually assault in the past and future, but your right to be free from even the most tepid consequence.

"In 2025, 40% of women aged 15 to 44 say they would move abroad permanently if they had the opportunity. The current figure is four times higher than the 10% who shared this desire in 2014, when it was generally in line with other age and gender groups."

NYT had details of Trump's engagement with Jeffrey Epstein's child sex trafficking and *hid it for him*, at the same time it was crucifying Clinton as untrustworthy due to her document retention & security.

Like I dunno, maybe the reason it took a lady to break open the story of all the men protecting the dude trafficking underage girls is because the male journos were all emailing him making jokes about it?

The New York Times helped cover for Epstein. I wish I was shocked by this.
Landon Thomas Jr of the New York Times got told by Jeffrey Epstein that Trump walked into a glass door bc he was so busy staring at girls in Epstein's house and didn't print it. wild that the Times didn't consider that newsworthy.

This exact same reporter was ousted from the NY Times for soliciting a $30,000 donation from Epstein— and you're telling me that as an employer, the NY Times never bothered to circle back and review this person's correspondence with a convicted pedophile?
A former New York Times staffer quietly left the paper after revealing he had solicited charitable donations from Jeffrey Epstein
Former New York Times reporter Landon Thomas Jr. told his editors he became friends with Epstein after profiling him in 2008, NPR reported Thursday.

Assuming Todd Blanche conducted that sham interview under oath, which is a big assumption, I realize, seems like Maxwell should be charged with perjury on top of everything else

They caved in March so they could get a better deal now. They’re caving now so they can get a better deal in some indeterminate future. The better deal is always just beyond their reach, but continuing to cave will get them there. And if you don’t agree with that, you don’t understand Politics,

okay, so, with Dems successfully keeping anyone up in 2026 for voting for this turd let's take a look at who's up in 2026 anyway:

1. Cory Booker - apparently involved behind the scenes, constantly looking for bipartisanship. I don't dislike him personally but he doesn't have what we need. Primary.
November 10, 2025 at 2:28 AM
Don't just focus on the senators who voted yes. Pay attention to the ones who were rumored to want to cave because they are just as responsible. Off the top of my head is Ossoff and Booker.
This looks awfully intentional.
None can be primaried in the next cycle, Shaheen & Durbin retiring.

Hassan, Masto, Fetterman up for reelection in 2028.

Rosen, Kaine, King up for reelection in 2030.

Important to understand this. There's a reasonable chance that your Dem Senator who voted against it and is acting mad now was in on the play. It's the same reason why they scheduled the surrender for AFTER the election this week. They didn't want people pissed at Dems right before an election.
The caucus meeting was just to orchestrate who would fall on the sword but not be up for a vote in 2026.
so currently defectors are:

Kaine (2030)
Shaheen (Retiring)
Hasan (2028)
Fetterman (2028)
Durbin (Retiring)
CCM (2028)
Rosen (2030)
King (2030)

My family has been without half our income for 40 days. It has been.. very hard.

We are willing to feel that pain so people can have health care next year, or to undo these illegal recissions.

We are not willing to have been put through this for NOTHING.

@schiff.senate.gov @padilla.senate.gov Will you call on Schumer to step down given that he is worse than ineffectual at his job? Your constituents are watching.
But what do you think about current Dem leadership and are you calling for a change after this massive failure? That's power you have right now.

We should be asking this and related questions of all Senate Dems. Stay tuned for more tomorrow.
Tonight, I am voting no on a procedural vote on an appropriations deal that would re-open the government. Since July, I have been clear: to earn my vote, Republicans would have to do something to bring down the cost of health care for working and middle-class Michiganders. (1/4)
