The cache also highlights Epstein’s influence at Harvard and his role managing the finances of billionaire Leslie Wexner, whose foundation poured nearly $20 million into the Kennedy School. The covert effort to smear the scholars mirrored the very dynamics the paper described: wealthy, well-connected actors mobilizing elite institutions to police criticism of Israel. Having been appointed Interim U.S. Attorney by the Attorney General just days before, Ms. Halligan secured a two-count indictment charging former FBI Director James B. Comey, Jr. with making false statements to Congress and obstructing a congressional proceeding. DOD contractors “mistakenly” landed on a Mexican beach, declared it US property and planted “restricted area” DOD signs, triggering a tense confrontation with armed Mexican forces.

Mexico removed the signs, insisting the area is theirs.
