As someone who’s been talking about *the giant myths being perpetrated about sex trafficking* for well over a decade now, it’s honestly a little wild even for me to see this unfold like this. And we’re just getting started

it really puts into perspective why these men don’t want people to have universal healthcare- because then people might not be so desperate and easily manipulated
(If you haven’t seen it yet - this is about former nominee for Attorney General Matt Gaetz, who was paying a 17 year old girl who lived in a homeless shelter for sex, she was saving up for braces.)

A lot of that punishment comes from people who are imperfectly trying to protect you. Some of it comes from people trying to protect these men from themselves. It’s not talked about all that much, but I think a lot of the teen girl ED culture stems from a yearning to return to an undesired body
