One thing I've noticed about the post-pandemic version of Flyers Twitter is just how much less FUN it is.
Part of it, surely, is frustration about the continued mediocrity/badness of the team. But it goes beyond that. The funniest people are gone, & they haven't been replaced.

Looking back at this and it really makes me nostalgic for the 2014-2019ish era of hockey twitter. I didn't understand how much fun it was at the time. Rose-colored glasses and everything, but in hindsight it was all so goofy

I'm of two minds about this.
There's nothing particularly special about Sirianni, in terms of Xs and Os ball knowledge. And he's missed a lot in hiring coordinators.
I'm thinking about how it was time for Reid to GO, in spite if mostly ticking these boxes, Juan Castillo excepted.

When Sirianni does go in the offseason, so much will be made about his resume and how the Eagles got rid of it, and not enough about the organizational structure which puts the coach in a unique hierarchy.
