This is great news for WSU football. I’ve had the displeasure of watching a few games the last couple of years and it has been ugly.
The Weber State Wildcats announced they are looking for a new head football coach after parting ways with Mickey Mental.

How hilarious would it have been to be there when they were trying to teach Trump how to say Buttigieg? How many different iterations did they try before landing on Boot-edge-edge?
Trump: "We had a guy named Buttigieg. Boot-edge-edge they say is the best way. Just say two 'edges' like off the edge of a cliff — which is where they were taking us, by the way."

Huh well it turns out I heard from a few federal workers about this and well

"We civil servants organized to help our colleagues face the hardship of the shutdown, we put up with the pain and our only request was to not be betrayed like this. Trade our pain, make it count."

Whenever some sanctimonious Dem announces that America needs a functioning Republican Party, I always think “I’d settle for a functioning Democratic Party.”

This is such a pathetic loser mentality. Hard to even believe he is a top leader of a major political party in the US of A.

@slcmayor.bsky.social - I'd like to know what was the role of the SLC police office here while this woman was dragged off by men with no uniforms. Was he assisting? Just watching? Was there an official attempt made to verify there was a warrant or any other kind of due process?
I'm shaking almost too hard to type. I entered SLC airport and heard screams and cries for help. I could see people gathered around, watching. I sped over to discover this woman face down on the floor, four grown men pushing her down, while she cried "HELP ME" and pled for her child.

Over the past week, the president said the DOJ should pay him a quarter billion dollars, bulldozed half the White House to build himself a gaudy ballroom, bragged about murdering civilians in international waters, pardoned some more criminals, directed federal prosecutors to indict his opponents ...

Basically all US policy is at this point about indulging Trump’s irrational obsessions, petty grudges, and corrupt grifts, and then taking secondary and tertiary measures to mask the consequences of those policies.
lol, great, so we're now subsidizing Argentine ranchers at the expense of American ranchers. Seems politically sustainable, no questions from me.

"Look, the President clearly has some kind of dementia" should be how Democrats begin every single comment to reporters these days.
Ruben Gallego on whether Trump is talking to Democrats:

“Look, the President clearly has some kind of dementia, so I think there's a he's probably talking to himself, or think he's talking to a Democrat, but I sincerely doubt that that's actually he's actually physically talking to a Democrat.“

Tell us you will prosecute them all as son as possible and this might mean something
Terrorizing families with midnight raids and military troops in our streets is writing a shameful chapter in our nation’s history.

This President is not intent on fighting crime. He is intent on spreading fear.
