My flaming red hot take as not a lawyer is that free speech must be understood in relation to the marginalization of those involved. Which I realize is messy and a terrible idea to inscribe in law. But that's where my gut sits.
free speech discourse does not stand up to the absolute minimum of scrutiny. everything the warriors want is in fact an infringement on the speech of the other people they don’t care about.

My flaming red hot take as not a lawyer is that free speech must be understood in relation to the marginalization of those involved. Which I realize is messy and a terrible idea to inscribe in law. But that's where my gut sits.

Ideas are, no question, the cheap part. I have SPREADSHEETS of ideas, and if I keep up my current production rate, which is already unrealistically high, I will die before I finish using them all. EXECUTION is the important part.
The worst part of flying for me is that I basically eat nothing for the day cause I don't want to risk an upset stomach during the flight, plus just general travel malaise.

Unpopular opinion but I think it should be much MUCH harder to obtain a driver's license and at least half of drivers do not have the skills to safely be on the road. And there should be frequent tests to keep a license. Cars are dangerous and we don't take that seriously enough.
