beating a dead horse but part of what makes art both worthwhile to the creator of it and interesting to the beholder is that you can’t actually beam ideas from your head into exactly what you imagined that way when you make it yourself, and the left turns and fingerprints are all part of it

Asked why no one outside the state of Washington cares enough about its flooded communities that just lost everything they own right before Christmas, today the nation admitted it just kinda assumed the PNW was always living underwater in some sort of giant puddle like that.

i was having a nightmare that otto needed to go to the emergency vet but the entire dream got derailed when a bus full of carthusian monks arrived with their sick dog named jenny. the rest of the dream was just me sitting in the waiting room watching 20 monks silently pray the rosary for a dog.
