Sometimes people perceive rapid response alerts confirming ICE was not in an area as people panicking & making false reports. But w/ masked agents w/ no badges constantly changing vehicles and strategies; it's easy for people to be confused. The alerts of no ICE still means the process works.

Yes, this is correct. It's random grabs off the street. Landscaping crews, day laborers standing outside Home Depot. As far as how they decide where to go, that's a good question. If anything, it seems like they purposefully hit places far apart from one day to the next to keep people off-balance.

Understand that he's talking about distances of ~50 miles apart here.
feds have also been seen at or abducted people from bensenville, blue island, glendale heights, and mount prospect.
