Also the "immigration issue" is distinct from the "ICE is a gang of thugs who terrorize and brutalize innocent people" issue, something the opposition party hasn't been aggressive enough about, partially because they listen to wise opinion makers who tell them Republicans are unbeatable on it
matt & co’s theory of how public opinion on immigration would respond to new information was simply empirically wrong.
at this point the only reasonable conclusion is they refuse to update their priors w/ new data because the data is inconvenient for them

oh no, a "non-white female biologist" got a job!
It HAS to be DEI.
It has to be an international conspiracy to keep white men like Colin out of the job market.
It couldn't POSSIBLY be the fact that Colin makes it widely known that he would be terrible to have around as a colleague.
Another incredible case of white racial grievance about the academic job market.

He reveals at the end that he wouldn’t provide the necessary application materials!

Listen, I'm as anti-adultery as the next happily married guy, but this is so extreme that it's silly. Adultery is bad for the people involved, but it really doesn't have anything to do with the rest of us. It's a classic Not My Problem

No theyre not. You know they're not. You know Section 230 being gutted actually let's pedophiles walk free, because this was explained to you and million times by a million people.

You want this. You want kids to be harmed. You want these sick abusers to walk free. Otherwise you wouldn't do this.
Children are being exploited and abused because Big Tech consistently prioritizes profits over people.

Enough is enough. Time to sunset Section 230.

Police shot him, and bystanders kicked him in the head while he was down, thinking he was the terrorist.
