For context, both these people think it's "unfair" when a Palestinian narrative is taught in universities, when billionaires are taxed more than ~2 percent, when people from historically disadvantaged populations are given jobs, and when sieg-heiling Nazis are sidelined on social media.

You have to read this. Firsthand affidavit from one of the women who was there and recording the video. She talks about how Alex Pretti was directing traffic when she arrived. She watched him be killed in front of her. She's afraid to go home, worried she'll be arrested.

The last couple of weeks have really affirmed that video can’t work if authorities have decided they’re not bound by anything, least of all reality. Rodney King and Latasha Harlins really schooled me on this a long time ago but my problem is I kept believing people wouldn’t just lie like this.
