The majority of organizing happening in Minnesota isn’t just peaceful, it’s INVISIBLE. Moms showing up who won’t be interviewed on TV, people whose ICE patrols don’t turn into viral video. The grocery runs, the donations, the people filming bc they happen to be there. Please remember this.

I attempted to go to an ICE patrol training here in LA this morning and they had to turn most of us away because of capacity issues and even as I was leaving I saw a ton more folks showing up

so that’s how well their attempts to scare everyone away are going, even in the face of murder

"Haidt’s claims of inherent harm are not well-founded, and the policy proposals to ban kids entirely from social media are a bad idea. For older teenage boys, having no social media was associated with *worse* outcomes than having too much of it"
Two Major Studies, 125,000 Kids: The Social Media Panic Doesn’t Hold Up
For years now, we’ve been repeatedly pointing out that the “social media is destroying kids” narrative, popularized by Jonathan Haidt and others, has been built on a foundation of…

I hate how successful the tech oligarchs have been on ostracizing everyone from one another on the internet. Information is all over the place. There's no unity or cohesiveness. If you don't see information on one site you'll never see it.

New— An American citizen boarding flight from Boston to Lisbon just now told me after showing boarding pass, every passenger stopped on jetway by two ICE agents demanding to take their photo. When passenger asked why, ICE threatened to detain them. If they said no photo, couldn't board/TBD detained.

This is wrong. Human rights experts have been explaining to you for years why it is wrong. For example: www.wired.com/story/section-230-is-a-last-line-of-defense-for-abortion-speech-online/

At this point it just seems like you're countering digital hate by ... helping fascists?

Make it make sense.

After the murder of Renee Nicole Good, some influential Democrats seem to finally be willing to throw down. They're saying they'll vote NO on the upcoming DHS funding bill.

Email and call your Senators right now. Tell them to block funding for ICE!!!

If you listened to even the local news for Minnesota it's all pro-cop in different variations so no wonder the establishment is trying to kill the internet which is the only place you can get real truth anymore.

So working as designed then.
I don’t think people quite understand that the occupation by ICE in the Twin Cities has more or less erased non-white people from public life. They cannot safely exist in any space accessible to the public and moving between private places leaves folks vulnerable to kidnapping by armed masked goons.

“But what do you expect Democrats to doo-hooo?”

1) Refuse to fund this criminal government anymore.

2) EVERY one of them call to abolish ICE (and bonus, DHS). No more “they need training” shit. Promise prosecutions.

3) EVERY one of them call for Trump’s impeachment, relentlessly, EVERY day.

It’s wild that Democrats are still negotiating their little appropriations bills as though everything is normal and Republicans won’t vote unilaterally to break the deals when Trump asks.

- More tech billionaires & their companies will endorse 230 changes because they would give the biggest players more power, which they will wield against public discourse
-We’ll see more op-eds & skeets from tech activists who aren’t listening to marginalized communities that support a 230 repeal

If last month’s news is any indicator, we’re betting we can expect a lot more grandstanding from Senators like Dick Durbin & Lindsay Graham concerning a Section 230 repeal in the interest of appearing tough on their Big Tech donors in 2026.

When Renee Good said "I'm not mad at you" what the ICE goon heard was "I'm not scared of you."

That's what enraged him. The populace wasn't fully terrorized and cowed into submission yet, so he acted to make that happen.
