In all seriousness, I'm not sure there is an example of a center-left party "moving to the center" on issues like immigration, labor or trans issues and becoming more popular.
US consultants relentlessly promote this as a solution, but they have pretty much zero evidence of its effectiveness.

Another center-left party, this one in Denmark, shifted to the right on immigration, and saw their political support plummet, losing control of Copenhagen city govt for first time in ONE HUNDRED years - with far left taking over.

Hand editing your Windows Registry is not something I would normally recommend, but these instructions are simple and direct. Do exactly as directed and you'll be fine. If you get lost/stuck for some reason, tag me.
