Finally playing Silksong, after not having regular access to my gaming PC for the better part of a year (long story). So far I’m really enjoying it! Each of the bosses has taken 2-6 tries, which is the right pain point for me. I understand there is a difficulty spike later on that’s less fun.

Let me reiterate: THEY DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH GUYS TO PERSECUTE LARGE NUMBERS OF DISSENTERS. What they are doing, instead, is using fear and paranoia as a force multiplier: they don’t have to persecute us if we keep ourselves home because someone told us we can’t walk in public without being terrified.

If the EU created a social media platform, replies to your posts would take 20 working days to process. It would go offline after 5:30pm (CET), as well as on weekends, public holidays, and pretty much all of August.
First of all, the EU would not call this platform something as tidy as 'W'.

I have a very strong “mind’s eye.” Kind of the opposite of aphantasia. When I’m bored I’ll doodle in the air with my brain, that sort of thing. Sometimes fully rendered images just flash into my mind’s eye, unbidden, unrelated to what I’m currently doing and thinking.

conventional wisdom when I was in college was majoring in theater was "useless". It was the reason my parents made me double major (which I am glad for bc I did film and it was amazing).
After school I learned my theater degree meant any sales dept in any field would hire me, if I wanted the job
