I have been angry since 2017 that they never brought this back. I complain about it every single year.
Starbucks Chile Mocha (2016-2017): To add a spicier complement to their annual PSL, Starbucks gave us this drink: espresso w/ milk, cocoa and cinnamon powder, topped with a whipped cream and a sprinkle of Chile Mocha topping (ancho and cayenne pepper, paprika, sugar & a touch of sea salt)
