I am once again reminding everyone of my very good idea to send the mistreated animals at MarineLand to sanctuaries and let Therme set up their silly spa on the site that already has water, power lines AND parking!
Ford's reason for seizing control of Exhibition Place makes no sense.
He says it's to access water & power lines for the Therme spa.
But the water company doesn't take ownership of your property when it needs to access pipes on your land.

I can't imagine why a company that has gone all in on investing in AI would say 1/3 of their work is done by the hallucinating wrongness machine. It certainly couldn't be a total lie.
