What is wrong with Starmer? If he wants to succeed he has to get the UK back into the EU.
In the meantime, please can we prosecute the traitors who lied to the electorate about everything that led to #Brexit.
The OBR could not be clearer today. Weak growth is tied to Brexit, which they now expect will leave UK trade 15% smaller in the long term.

Labour party today:
- Disabled people can’t drive Audis, BMWs and Mercedes on Motability. No to £25k Audis but £36k Nissans are fine
- Discredited PFI to return for funding NHS projects
- Trial by jury to be axed except for most serious cases

That’s just today

Tax breaks for UK company cars cost the exchequer £3.27 billion a year

Motability costs £1 billion

Both are valuable to the folk who get them, and yet we save our pitchforks and torches for disabled people

But, as Mr Starmer will no doublt remind us, we must not under any circumstances either rejoin or hold a fresh referendum, because "the people have spoken" and they must never have a chance to undo a colossal mistake.

Spain takes most asylum seekers. The difference? We have a govt that speaks warmly, truthfully & welcomingly about them

Per 100,000 people in 2024, UK came fifth for most applicants (156) after Spain (340), Germany (275), Italy (256) & France (191). EU average last year was 203 per 100,000 people
As UK imposes radical asylum rules, how do the numbers really compare to Europe?

Totally agree, the best example is Brexit, the EU made Barnier its only voice, the British knew it was useless to address European state leaders to create chaos among Europeans.

The EU is not a federal entity, but when dealing with Trump it should behave as one, only Leyen should engage with him.
