How to annoy a Federal Judge: Withhold a key portion of the grand jury transcript after he requests the full transcript.

Trump's DoJ: Where complying with a Judge's instructions are optional, if it would reveal bad stuff.
New: Judge in Jim Comey proceeding says part of grand jury proceeding is still missing. There is a gap from about 4:38pm to when the grand jury handed down the indictment later that evening. Judge again demands full transcript.

He didn't want to spend all afternoon with them (like he reportedly did with one of Epstein's victims at Epstein's house.)
Interesting. Why would he not want to engage with the press like he usually does? 🤔

Not long after this Epstein email, the Trump administration re-arrested Epstein, and he was later "found" dead in his cell.

Your reminder: Trump's first nominee for Attorney General in-charge-of-Epstein-coverup was alleged child rapist Matt Gaetz.

Wasn’t expecting the Epstein scandal to blow up the New York Times but sure, why not
To recap: Jeffrey Epstein offered a NY Times reporter photos taken in Epstein's kitchen of Donald Trump and girls in bikinis *and* implored the NYT reporter to put this information in the public discourse in 2015

What did the NY Times editors know about this offer?
“would you like photos of donald and girls in bikinis in my kitchen?” -Jeffrey Epstein

Ah. Matthew Calamari reappears?

In, of places, the Epstein emails.

(Oh. And mortgage fraud, which this administration says is a big deal.)

Because the numbers are so, so good.

(JK. Trump said he wasn't interested in exploring the inflation percentage until it hits 12 or 13.)

P.S. Release the Epstein files _and_ the inflation numbers _and_ the jobs report.
NEW: The White House Press Secretary Leavitt just said: The October CPI and jobs data will likely never be released

Let’s compare, shall we:

From steady climb to sudden slide.

On a personal note, I've made a breakthrough in how to fix the most messed-up part of my current novel in revision, and might actually be on track to fully revise it this month to have it in shape to send out. 😀

The thing about Mamdani is that he’s a talented politician but not otherworldly or one in a billion, he’s just a competent guy with popular ideas who ran against an entitled piece of shit and to me it’s a lot more optimistic to imagine 1000 campaigns like his than to view him as a unique phenomenon

Heritage is just cartoonishly evil. Just the worst scum on the face of the planet.
1/ The US Government has quietly removed a memorial to Black soldiers who died in World War II from the Netherlands American Cemetery in Margraten, South Limburg. The move follows a complaint from the right-wing Heritage Foundation to the American Battle Monuments Commission. ⬇️

In 2024, I contributed to Jacky Rosen, @rosen.senate.gov and gave to the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee. I will never again support Rosen or any of the other 6 Democrats and 1 Independent who caved to Trump to destroy healthcare for millions. No to Trump. No to Quislings.

Fun fact: Many of them are currently in _state_ criminal prosecutions, and the President can only pardon federal (not state) crimes.

The average SNAP benefit per month is $177 a person.

The average ACA benefit per month is up to $550 a person.

People want us to hold the line for a reason. This is not a matter of appealing to a base. It’s about people’s lives.

And working people want leaders whose word means something to them.
