If those scholars are advising you that, then name them, Mango Mussolini, so we can try them as co-conspirators in your war crimes.

(P.S. He's lying.)

Former law clerk at the Supreme Court here.
1. Since the aftermath of the My Lai massacre, it has been bedrock law that U.S. military are not required to follow unlawful orders and instead are required to question and refuse them.
2. "I was only following orders" is not a criminal defense.

Coffee, and feel free to splurge on the good stuff:

Don't let the fascists steal your joy.
November 22, 2025 at 6:05 PM
Maybe they shouldn't give the part-time clown-car CEO a huge raise for driving this company into the dumpster. Just sayin'.
November 21, 2025 at 7:13 PM
TACO.

And it's not even Tuesday.

(P.S. Trump would love to execute Democratic lawmakers, but he's hearing it wouldn't be well received.)
November 21, 2025 at 1:37 AM
The jobs report for October is so awful that the Trump administration ordered that it not be released.

(No prior shutdown ever prevented release of a jobs report.)

Elon's Grok now says Elon is more fit than LeBron James.

I have questions. (Really, more like concerns.)

A message from Charlotte for Charlotte, Portland, Chicago, and the rest of the U.S.:
November 19, 2025 at 6:52 PM
The followup question was right there, but the reporter didn't ask it: "Is your stack named Bubba?"
November 17, 2025 at 10:42 PM
Well, if it ducks like a quack...
November 15, 2025 at 8:28 PM
What is it with would-be dictators and their really tiny equipment?
(*Sneeze that sounds like "Trump"*)
November 15, 2025 at 4:00 AM
Maybe the CEO who works there part time and who has destroyed the brand to half the population shouldn't get a $1 trillion compensation package. Just sayin'.
November 14, 2025 at 7:01 PM
Ah. Matthew Calamari reappears?

In, of places, the Epstein emails.

(Oh. And mortgage fraud, which this administration says is a big deal.)

"We never accused her of being a Mossad honeypot. But...have you _met_ Kash Patel?"

(When Kash looks at her, his eyes pop right out of his head, like the wolf in the old Looney Tunes cartoons...)

In 2024, I contributed to Jacky Rosen, @rosen.senate.gov and gave to the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee. I will never again support Rosen or any of the other 6 Democrats and 1 Independent who caved to Trump to destroy healthcare for millions. No to Trump. No to Quislings.
November 10, 2025 at 2:12 PM
Oops. My bad. Augh. They both got big money from American Airlines, like all the others who caved. (Except Fetterman, who sucks up to Trump for free.)
November 10, 2025 at 7:17 AM
And except for free square Trump Quisling Fetterman, every one of the 7 Democratic and 1 Independent Senators who betrayed America and caved were big recipients of donations from American Airlines. What a coincidence.
November 10, 2025 at 7:12 AM
Fun fact: Many of them are currently in _state_ criminal prosecutions, and the President can only pardon federal (not state) crimes.

When you're in prison, Trump lackeys, feel free to show the other inmates your non-functioning "get out of jail free" cards.

Despite their spanking in the recent election, Republicans' "war on woke" apparently continues. (Pics from yesterday.)
November 8, 2025 at 9:32 PM
Coffee, because whatever the opposite of "woke" is, that's not how I want to spend my day.
November 8, 2025 at 6:05 PM
In fairness, there are also 340 million other Americans he completely does not care about.
November 7, 2025 at 3:48 AM
Bid donors (like big gamblers) are sometimes referred to as "whales." So RFK rerun probably ran for a chainsaw.
