Give Mario Draghi the driving seat of Europe, applauding and quoting him is not moving.
The US with a federal structure and China/Russia as autocracies are by far more assertive than the EU.
The EU is missing the military pilar for its sovereignty, it can only be real with a common foreign policy thus it must become a federal entity.
