I watched police fire tear gas, flash bangs, & rubber bullets into crowds of men, women, & children.
Other medics and I were clearly marked with red crosses, and the police were targeting us.

When Joe Biden had a couple soldiers standing behind him during a speech, the press threw a tantrum and went on about how inappropriate it was for days on end. Their response to Trump doing far worse will likely be much more muted.

Not a constitutional lawyer, but doesn't habeas corpus mean that you have to be charged with a crime in order to be held in prison? And doesn't the fact that this person is a citizen mean that ICE has no jurisdiction over him?
