I stand by what I’ve consistently said that the weakest part of Bluesky infra (outside of their moderation) is the Discover feed.
Folks from the @graze.social familia have stepped up and done amazing work, but Bluesky needs to seriously up their game when it comes to creating personalized feeds.

Hey yall the main Medsky feed is currently down for maintenance, I’m working to get it up and running hopefully soon, in the meantime you can get updates on Medsky High Yield

I'll never forget having the mother of a 2-week-old come into clinic with borderline failure-to-thrive because the baby wouldn't latch & she felt so pressured to breastfeed that she was afraid to start the baby on formula
