Fox guest on how to save money during the holidays:

"Remember, adults don't need gifts. Focus on the people in your life who are aged 3 to 18. Grandma doesn't need slippers. If they don't live by you, don't get them a gift."

Has anyone said it's called American Canto because you can't O with RFK Jr's face dripping sweat above you? Grunting his corpse breath directly into your mouth and turning so cracked and red he looks like a clown nose left in the oven for 45 min at 400°. Probably. They've probably said that already.

You guys realize that taxing people to pay for services isn't socialism, right? This is just how governments work.

In applying AI to material science, biology, etc, capitalism is trying to shed science.

The point is to substitute the engineering of a machine that can generate what science has hitherto done, but without having people know things. Knowledge ultimately residing in private property is the dream.

The entire POINT of the Oscars is that they are not an ad for this movie or that movie but for Movies as a Concept and the Movie Industry. This is why they don't show trailers for unreleased films at the Oscars; it's a back-patting exercise.

The Game Awards are not the Oscars of video games. The Oscars miss constantly but at least they are a bona fide attempt by an industry to legitimize and promote itself; TGA is not that, it's just ads for individual products masquerading as an awards show run by one guy's particular preferences.
