Sad how many immediately defended Trump on this. Not “looks bad, but we’ll see.” But refusing to read/engage because of some feigned belief the emails are misconstrued or fake. A complete refusal to acknowledge reality, all to protect a man who does not even care that they exist. Disturbing stuff.

Is Gavin Newsom my top choice? Not at all. A bit too slimy and self-serving for me. But he’s the only one with any sort of importance standing up, ringing the bells, and screaming what needs to be said. And that’s all that matters right now.
