So I'm writing a short story about fathers & it contains the hashtag NotAllFathers but the use of the verb "father" in this headline to mean "fertilised and abandoned" is exemplary: to "father" like to "mother" shd & cd mean "care for, nurture." But conventionally it does not.

The UAE is trying to say the ICJ throwing out Sudan's case proves they are not complicit in genocide. This is a bold-faced LIE. The ICJ specifically said this is a jurisdiction issue. The reason being when that the UAE exempted themselves from resolving disputes through the ICJ. That's it.
