All That Means or Mourns - Reactor
Transformed by a broad-spread fungal infection that connects humans with nature, one woman feels closer to the world than ever, but further from the people she loves the most…

So grateful for the cross-party support we’ve seen from politicians in LGBT History month. Humbled to to have reassurance from Lord Cashman that our message is definitely being heard 🙏

Today was very exciting, despite the torrential downpour this morning. As well as the paper on ritual use of vagina models, I
also got my first ever leads on some possible trans women in pharaonic Egypt.

Aha! At last we get to the paper on ritual use of vagina models in Mesopotamia and Egypt

The weather is properly Biblical in Rome again today. Fortunately everyone at this conference is familiar with Gilgamesh so we can follow the wise example of Utnapishtim.

Excellent thread from @kjcharleswriter.com on the ever-evolving book club scams. The fake websites and Discords I covered in my report last year are now looking even more professional.

Another reason to hate the so-called generative AI systems. 1/

Checks in from Rome to see if the UK has disappeared up its own fundament yet. Discover article by Adrian Chiles about potholes. Conclude that it has.

Current paper is on perfumes in Biblical love poetry. The speaker has sent around a bottle of frankincense for us to sniff.

I take comfort in the fact that "Reform will close Welsh Universities because of Twitter drama" is actually a campaigning gift to Plaid for the 2026 Senedd Elections in plenty of places.

People work at universities, their kids go to them, and students buy things.
Reform is threatening Bangor University over a student society’s decision. The society isn’t Bangor University—but this is a neat preview of how a Reform government would work: public money for supporters only. Trump-style politics, UK edition.

Authoritarian reflex is already working just fine.👇

I see that McSweeny has quit. Presumably that is to allow him to devote all his time to making Streeting the next PM, and thereby maintaining the link to Thiel.
