I am already seeing reporters parrot DHS's version of the story, which is journalistic malpractice. Every story they spun about being under threat in Chicago was either seriously undermined by subsequently revealed evidence or outright proven false in court. Lying is ALWAYS their first move.

An ICE agent killing a woman in Minnesota is what happens when untrained agents are recruited for a president’s personal police force, while he publicly spreads fear and false narratives about a state solely because its governor speaks up about his failures and ran against him.

This is a good short read on the UK's continuing marginalisation and irrelevance following Brexit, compounded by Starmer's unwillingness to take advantage of strategic partnerships that EU outsiders like Canada and Ukraine have already committed to.

ICE agents finally killed someone.

This was inevitable.

I need Democrats to stand up and demand accountability, punish these rogue forces, and call for the abolishment of this modern Gestapo.

Baa-ram-ewe! Baa-ram-ewe! To your breed, your fleece, your clan be true!
50 runaway sheep ram-paged through a German supermarket in rural Baa-varia, causing shear mania on Monday morning.

After breaking away from their 500-strong herd, the brazen sheep spent 20 minutes milling around in the Penny supermarket before ewe-turning and seeing themselves out.

One year ago today, brutal and racist Border Patrol raids began in Kern County, CA. They hunted down farm workers, violently detaining our union members and terrorizing our communities.

It's really impossible to overstate how much *everyone* is watching the US threats towards Greenland, not just Europe. If you want to break not just NATO but Five Eyes and maybe our Asian defense alliances too, taking Greenland is how you do it.
Forcibly annexing Greenland would be a strategic catastrophe—for Europe, for Canada, and perhaps most especially for the United States itself.

My latest in @foreignpolicy.com on how we're all sleep-walking into a disaster: foreignpolicy.com/2026/01/06/g...

I am extremely confused as to why the UK government and police are saying Grok’s mass-scale CSAM generation is an issue for Ofcom.

This isn’t about X failing to moderate CSAM, which is an Online Safety Act issue. It is about the company and its technology being actively involved in its generation.
