So I'm guessing Camden Town will remain a disaster area for the foreseeable future
If you ever wonder why Northern Line trains take longer to negotiate Camden Town, this probably has something to do with it.
The picture is from 1950, but the structure is the same today:

Already seen multiple "all 'good' British food was made by immigrants" comments

Agh! Boyfriend has left his suitcase on the train as he arrived at Paddington station half an hour ago! Had his passport and everything and he's meant to fly tomorrow - anyone know if there's anything we can do right now? Is it worth going back to the station tonight??

Personally I increasingly favour proscription, but that's just me
The only way you get rid of them if you don't give them any air. But that's out of my hands since I'm not an editor of national newspapers, or a booking producer for current affairs programmes

I think Douglas Adams could have gotten here, given the time... but I'm beginning to be a firm believer of this
back in the early 90s, teenage me and a friend were mulling over the increasing proliferation of microwave ovens

it was the kind of chat you hear for stoners except we could produce that sober, it was that kind of friendship

anyway, we wondered if life had become too easy for too many people...

Jared Kushner has somehow found a place at Coalition of the Willing press conference with Scholz, Zelensky, Macron, Starmer and Witkoff.

Kushner has no official position in the US government.

and that's the long and short of it, really

much like with Brexit, how y'all looked at the "Breaking Point" poster and it wasn't an immediate deal-breaker

52% were pretty fucking cool about that, and that's now in comparison TAME to actual government policy and comms when it comes to foreigners.
personally I think we ended up with fascism because a bunch of voters looked at the guy promising to do a fascism and said "yeah sounds good, whatever brings down the price of eggs"
I need people to understand that saying, "I don't like or support this politician, but the other person will be worse, so I'll vote for them," is precisely how we ended up with fascism.

If you're not voting affirmatively for something you actually want, you don't live in a democracy.

i would personally not want a guy who wants me to not exist to be questioned at all by the BBC, to be fair
I think it’s called balance. You get to hear him questioned and make up your own minds. Who has actually seen the programme?

Well he clearly didn't eat much did he? Also, he's about 10 years too old to properly appreciate American food, which is largely shit and aimed at toddlers.

Renaming Office to Copilot so you can claim to have millions of Copilot users is sketchy af.

I've read the same shit around the turn of the century from insane posters on forums, at the time they were the most well-spoken and even respected MIÉP voters. (The word "influencers" didn't exist then)
Quick question: what the FUCK?!?

About this time last year I was on set for [REDACTED], when I got the news that David Lynch died. The closest person to me was an AD, and I told him. He didn't know who he was.

This year, only ten days short of the first anniversary of his death Béla Tarr died, and I'm glad I'm not on set today
