This has come up a bit, but regional identity is a bit of a different question (which we'll hope to address somewhen). Here, I wanted to solely explore the North vs South binary, plus the areas that explicitly reject it (which I had expected to be more present in Westcountry).

It's weird to poll this and not distinguish between a Midlands identity and an East Anglian identity
While some subscribe to the idea that the North begins at the Severn-Wash line, 78% of West Midlanders and 69% of East Midlanders consider themselves to be neither part of the North or South of England

Never mind on holding off until March, I finally pulled the trigger (on a Switch 2). Not feeling immediate regret, like that time I ordered a PS5 Pro and then immediately cancelled the order, so that’s good
I'm coming pretty close to pulling the trigger, but holding off until March at the earliest to avoid the temptation to buy Requiem for it, because I would inevitably regret it and end up buying it for PS5 anyway

I think there was an argument back then that the Tories were worse than Reform on trans rights, and I don't think it's a coincidence that Reform has gotten worse on trans rights since the influx of ex-Tories

This is absolutely not a supportive point of labour but I do think it gets lost in the discourse that a lot of the govts more unpopular anti trans measures are watered versions of tory original proposals

Braverman says social transitioning would be banned in all schools, "no ifs or buts". She says the 50% target for university education would be replaced with a 50% target for kids going into trades like electricians and plumbing. As ever, I'll believe it when it's the MPs' own kids who do this.
