Ah, just realised I completely mangled that tweet. What I meant was there was a different person to the actual culprit I suspected, because they were doing things like dismissing the importance of clues during the investigation, but the trial never went there

Yeah that is tiresome. If consumption isn't an identity, then consuming the same goods years later on the cheap also should not be considered an identity. I'm happy for people who are able to spend a lot of money on games, and I don't consider myself better than them for not wanting to.

I will always find it amusing when people say they got out of the backlog mindset by only buying games they intend to play straight away.

The executions have definitely taken a step up with this one, Iβve found a lot of the ones in the first two pretty lacklustre (bar the very first execution)

This is, and bear in mind I can't bear sport, an extremely stupid take.
Not liking spectator sport is one of the best life hacks going. Over a lifetime you'll end up with literally years of time to dedicate to whatever you want, compared to spending it being pointlessly obsessed with other people playing a game
