MTG only sees an opportunity. It's very clear she wants to be on the next GOP ticket and she's leaning in. You do not have to hand it to her. She does not want anything good for you

I think this kind of sentiment is overstated. The NYT will be fine without Blusky hate clicks. Sometimes a paper just publishes the things they want to publish. People should be free to say "this fucking stinks!"
You'll ignore this, but every time you tweet angrily about crap like that Nuzzi piece you're confirming NYT editors' intuitions/incentivizing more of it. The entire intellectual/journo model here is, "Does this person get people angry? Yes? OK they're provocative/get talked about. Write about her."

The Epstein story gets a something that is tearing at the heart of the electorate: elite impunity. The idea that wealthy and powerful people can do terrible things *at scale* and face no consequences for them. Whatever political party actually stops it could rule the country for a generation.

Look, Donald Trump may have had a lengthy, well documented friendship with America’s most famous pedophile, and he may have spent decades giving quotes like “if there’s one thing I love, its beautiful girls—young ones, too,” but I just need 4-5 more drops of damning evidence to buy these accusations

Right, these are the two options: Either they tolerated Epstein's eugenics to get to the sex crimes or they tolerated his sex crimes to get to the eugenics
It seems like all of the rich and powerful people around him patronizingly tolerated the race science stuff (“he has such an inquisitive and childlike mind”) in order to get access to his harem of underage sex slaves
The Epstein stuff is always so amazing to me because it's like "yes he was a sex criminal but if you can get past that, he was also an avowed eugenicist"

It used to be my job to read emails and BBG chat logs when I was in compliance. You'd be amazed what older people put in writing
