I would just like to say that, as an American citizen, I do not believe that "fostering an environment that is good for investors" is something I would ever like the FDA to prioritize. In fact I think it should be illegal for them to even consider it.

I think we’re all too quick to judge or dismiss media that is heavily based on, inspired by, or a tribute to previous media. Some of it surpasses its influences and that shouldn’t be surprising. Even if it doesn’t it can be art that recontextualises and brings other great art to new audiences.
