Commentary: Minnesota’s reputation has been badly damaged. As worrisome: tens of thousands of Somali-Americans have been slandered. And now the community will face the terror of ICE. But it all started with the Walz administration’s feckless failures. minnesotareformer.com/2025/12/02/f...
First step for Walz: Take responsibility • Minnesota Reformer
He should consider respecting our intelligence, and coming clean about how he and key people in his administration failed us. It would be a start.

There was a tweet some years back that was like "Being a Democrat is like going to a concert where the band is telling everyone to calm down the whole time" and I think about it a lot
For some reason Democratic leaders seem to prefer telling voters what they won’t be able to do, rather than what they’d like to do.

If Hegseth ordered a war crime and lied about it, shouldn’t Ds try for impeachment? Put Rs on the spot. They might get a few defections.

Jeffries says not to expect Democrats to pursue Hegseth impeachment over boat strikes
"Republicans will never allow articles of impeachment to be brought to the floor," he said.

This is the kind of mistake that if it'd happened in the 80's, it would be immortalized in every VHS blooper tape known to man and if you'd go to Koo's wikipedia page, there'd be a note about how he's primarily remembered for this.
Younghoe Koo completely missed the ball and kicked the turf, Jaxson Dart can't believe it

For a party that emphasizes empathy for others as a major part of the platform, when the rubber meets the road people sure are selfish about their own political careers.
it’s not mean to state facts. it is a fact that cyndy martin hit and killed a teenager with her car and it is a fact that she is now facing criminal charges for what she did

the DFL needs to stop protecting her. now people are advocating against transparency to protect her?!?

A reminder that Angie Craig's congressional district is more blue than MN as a whole (5.8% in 2024 compared to 4.3% statewide), so she will absolutely be as centrist or more if elected to the Senate.
These stunt bills are dumb and designed to catch lily-livered Dems but Craig & Morrison let themselves get caught. Morrison is in a safe district, too!
The bill text on that “denounce socialism vote” is just a must read.

www.congress.gov/bill/119th-c...

What absolute ahistorical slop nonsense this is.

(Only MN CD-4 and CD-5 voted no on this ridiculous thing. Craig and Morrison couldn’t even stomach just voting “present,” they voted yes.)
