This is the kind of mistake that if it'd happened in the 80's, it would be immortalized in every VHS blooper tape known to man and if you'd go to Koo's wikipedia page, there'd be a note about how he's primarily remembered for this.

A reminder that Angie Craig's congressional district is more blue than MN as a whole (5.8% in 2024 compared to 4.3% statewide), so she will absolutely be as centrist or more if elected to the Senate.
These stunt bills are dumb and designed to catch lily-livered Dems but Craig & Morrison let themselves get caught. Morrison is in a safe district, too!
