Reading your gritty dystopian cyberpunk RPG and realising that with a very particular selection of moves and traits I can use your Sexy Angsty Combat Doll playbook without modification to produce a character with the exact personality and skill set of Inspector Gadget.

Especially if your senators are GOP, call them. Just say "I'm asking the senator to vote no on any further Department of Homeland Security funding."

It's worth working to peel off any GOP senators who might be wavering and constituent pressure will give them cover.
ICE funding has passed the house, but it still has to go through the senate, now is your chance to call!

5calls.org makes it very easy to find the contact info for your reps, and provides scripts.

This man was bullied, humiliated and robbed by ice and is too traumatized to work. He's a citizen and they told him "when your citizenship is revoked we'll be back to get you." They're still at $10

this is why you still pursue justice after all this time. That shame didn't fuckin go anywhere.
They wheeled this Nazi asshole into court in a wheelchair and he was still trying to hide his face in shame 76 years after World War II ended. That's the kind of commitment I'm looking for.
Ex-Nazi guard, 101, sentenced for role in 3,500 murders
He was sentenced to five years in prison for serving at the Nazis’ Sachsenhausen concentration camp.

kidnapping a 5 year old to bait his father and then shipping them thousands of miles away should put you in prison, yes, but it should also cause every friend and family member you have ever had to permanently reject you in disgrace, and if they don’t, they share your shame

This seems like a maliciously put headline to make people feel a certain way.

Wikipedia is not partaking in generative AI. They are making AI companies and scrappers having to pay for training their modules off wikipedia texts. And having an AI (not that ai) tasked with updating dead links.
