Yes. I took this approach with my boardhost message board back in the early 2000s, with people who wanted to argue about LGBTQ+ people’s right to exist. To argue is to accept an unacceptable frame. You wouldn’t waste time discussing if the number two represents three apples or if red is really blue.
I am more and more convinced that when cis people want to debate whether trans people get human rights, the only correct response is "I don't treat whether or not people get human rights as a debate topic or hang around people who do" followed by leaving.
