The exercise for the reader is to relate Werewolf, Wraith, and/or Changeling to this little bit. (Demon: the Fallen and Hunter: the Reckoning too I guess but they just don’t matter the same to me)

Today is a good day to remember, and to say, that the #MeToo movement was right, and was righteous, and has been vindicated over and over again. There was no overreach. There was no excess. There was no they-went-too-far.

So much work remains to be done.

Just saw the terrible news that US Bishops just banned gender affirming care at Catholic hospitals.

A reminder, from the reproductive justice front - For a lot of people, Catholic hospitals are their only option. Even places where they aren't, they sometimes set standard of care.

1/ In terms of comparative examples, when anybody brings up the "man of his time" defense of Gygax, I always think of Palladium and the infamous early insanity table.

For those unaware, Palladium took an outdated version of the DSM as inspiration and included "homosexuality" as an insanity.

If I get stabbed to death and my family decides to use that as an opportunity to campaign against 'being too online' instead of against 'stabbing trans people' I preemptively encourage anyone who finds out about that to call my family a bunch of fuckwitted asses who only care about clout.
Do you not think it's bizarre to have strangers on the internet decide they know better than Brianna's own loved ones on what is or isn't insulting to her memory?

I've got no time for Rosie Duffield, but she turned up at a drop-in event in Parliament and that's been the limit of her involvement.

One of the big differences between call center work and what people mean when they say an office job is that you look forward to meetings because as annoying as meetings still are at least you aren’t taking calls.

Democrats Can't Blame Trans People for Their Own Failures
Despite the attempts by so many in the party's establishment to paint trans rights as a toxic issue, transphobia was soundly rejected across the country this week.
