It’s a matter of geography. Even if Carney can shift the percentage of trade 15-20% away from the US that will be a HUGE shift. The 9-9% we’ve seen already is significant.
I mean, 32% of Taiwan’s trade is still with China. That’s down from 44% n 2000.
