At least 40 people were killed in the U.S. attack on Venezuela early Saturday, including military personnel and civilians, according to a senior Venezuelan official.

I know it's minor today. But every time I hear the most powerful person on Earth accuse demonized countries of sending "people from mental institutions ... bad people" to the US, I'm reminded why rich countries don't treat unwell people like humans deserving of care.
