This is a lie. Not a single US petroleum company is going to waste any resources trying to bring Venezuela’s petroleum infrastructure up to 21st century standards because they’ll never recover the expenditures given the low grade petroleum Venezuela has & the cost to refine it.

Yes, this looks like it could be an MH-47. That would be 160th SOAR.
MH-47G and not all that many helicopters caught on video yet. Could be purely a SOCOM show, maybe? Capture or kill Maduro and play the hero as the country descends into chaos?

We don't know much yet, but there is a considerable amount of footage suggesting that power has been cut off in much of Caracas and that U.S. air strikes are sites (possibly Venezuelan military installations) across the country.
