But I don’t understand why Nate doesn’t get his own apartment if he finds it so annoying to live in Tommy’s house.

Congress approved a housing assistance payment to troops months ago.
Trump stole it from housing, turned it into checks in a symbolic amount, and pretended it was all his idea.
