When folks are surprised I’m not eager to run for office again, i assume they’ve never sat in on call time.
Candidate fundraising call time is one of the most demoralizing, radicalizing experiences in politics.

Congress approved a housing assistance payment to troops months ago.
Trump stole it from housing, turned it into checks in a symbolic amount, and pretended it was all his idea.
