Downloading a tool I need for my work and having to wade through all the stupid AI bits in order to find the part that's actually useful and not just trying to suction my personal info.
The cognitive dissonance of constantly reading that I need to spend some time mastering generative AI while not knowing a single person in my industry who uses it to do good work 🤙

allying with the evangelical right was always a terrible bet for Israel ("well thought out alliance with anti-semites"). As the U.S. right largely abandons the end times fantasies that peaked in the 1980s in favor of a vision of fascism-in-our-time, that alliance is collapsing.
Israel is not a country with actual people living in it, in the far right christian conception (see charlie kirk, etc).
It is a religious fetish object that is necessary in their end times fantasies.
