1) DHS provocations trigger a riot or attack on agents which
2) Leads to widespread civil unrest in many 'blue' cities so that
3) Trump can invoke the insurrection act and send in the troops...

I know this is appealing to the idea if you got everyone to vote you'd be able to defeat the right, but low propensity voters put Trump into office so this is uhh maybe a double-edged sword.

The elephant in the room is that mayors and governors across the country have very good reason to question the loyalty and allegiances of the state and local police forces and that’s one of the impediments to doing anything about the current occupations
