I have told a few MPs this. I genuinely feel a lot of adults hate the existence and needs of young people. Then they act surprised/bewildered that these kids are anxious/depressed.
Kids can't hang out in parks. They can't hang out at the mall. They don't have 3rd spaces because no one wants kids around and then we are surprised when they rely on SM for connection.

You only have to look at modern schooling to see how much our government hates kids. The amount of work they're expected to do just to get a few fucking GCSEs is ridiculous. No one seems to factor this into reasons why kids are full of anxiety

As it was Groundhog Day this week, we watched the film. Haven't seen it in ages and my God, it's just perfect isn't it? Hits every beat and has aged really well. Was pleased and surprised to spot a young Michael Shannon!
