I think the thing about The Bulwark that I like and respect so much is not that I agree with their views about a lot of stuff - they sincerely are to my right on many issues - but rather that they are the people I was *taught Republicans were* growing up, & it's helpful to know those people are mad

I guess it’s good for the networks to have all the Trump apparatchiks on to lie, so we can see how despicable they are. I admire the anchors who ask them tough questions. I couldn’t be in the same room as them. And if I were on a panel afterwards, all I would say is: “They lie. They lie. They lie.”

Also, may I say that I don’t agree with people saying ICE and CBP need “more training.” They’re doing exactly what this administration has trained them to—impose a reign of fear in blue cities. They don’t need more training. They need to be ripped up root and branch.
