Remembering how Biden revived the practice of releasing visitors logs and was rewarded by the press for his transparency with a front page story at his weakest possible moment about how he had Parkinson's based on a Parkinson's expert visiting the WH.

(Turns out, Biden did not have Parkinson's)

Man, remember when Charlize Theron played her in a movie, and it was a pretty good movie?
Anyone who's familiar with kindergartners will find this claim hilarious btw

Would've loved to be a fly on the wall when they tried to lean on Boebert.

"There's footage of me vaping and getting thrown out of a play for jerking off my date in public which all of America has seen. If you don't have something juicier than that I'll be on my way"

The reason the emails read like hot garbage is because they don't have to worry about being judged. These are not men who have ever poured over an email out of fear of not being taken seriously or not being treated professionally.

Look I’m just some idiot, but if I were trying to assist the rise of far right political movements across the hemisphere as well as my own here at home, triggering a massive refugee crisis seems like a pretty good way to do it.
genuinely wild to go for "we should aim for a Libya style fail state, that's a good trick"

So you’re saying there’s a direct path from the 2007 WGA strike to the downfall of American hegemony

I think specifically with reality TV there is a very over-represented-in-the-culture audience of sophisticated, highly educated people who consume it basically as a self-consciously trashy or even ironic guilty pleasure and I can't emphasize enough that this is NOT the typical reality tv audience.

Jason Stanley isn’t afraid to use the F-word when talking about President Donald Trump.

The author of How Fascism Works and Erasing History: How Fascists Rewrite the Past to Control the Future is clear: He believes the US is currently under an authoritarian regime led by a fascist leader.
I study fascism. I’ve already fled America.
On this week’s “More To The Story,” former Yale philosophy professor Jason Stanley explains his recent move to Canada and calls the Trump administration’s takeover of the US government a “coup.”

We knew they never really meant the Judeo part of the “Judeo-Christian” values they always said they were fighting for, but it’s infuriating that they feel confident enough to finally drop the act.
At a meeting yesterday, staff voiced deep concern about anti-Jewish sentiment at Heritage and on the right.

That was followed by a Heritage staffer complaining about attending a Shabbat dinner.

The problem with Republicans "replacing" Trump is that he's the unicorn of conmen. Deluded, unshakeable confidence, shameless pathological lying, sociopathic cruelty, and fame whoring.

You just don't get that in one person that often. Somebody like JD Vance attempting it is just sad.

The double splitscreen shot from 1:13-1:42 is one of the most insane shots created during the photochemical era.

You’ve got a real woman fondling Maroon and Valiant at both ends of the shot, with the woman’s body hidden by splitscreens that run along the edges of the fluted columns in the BG…
