You’re not alone on this shouting into the void. My main soapbox issue is that both federal and state govs refusing to create good technology cultures has enabled infinite grifting by tech contractors like infosys Deloitte etc where we pay 80x the cost to get shit forever.

The way that the administration has systematically torched its ability to credibly make a deal is going to make literally everyone worse off. I hate that we managed to elect the worst people.
These requirements need to be crimes and they need to be prosecutable by states, or else they are meaningless.

I think this is the wrong direction to take. I would argue that a president has no right to pardon individuals acting (directly or indirectly) on his behalf, as an extension of principle that no one can be judge in his own case.
Pardons issued by an impeached and criminal president should be nullified.
