Republicans constantly attack their Congressional leadership, and they remove leaders who fail to achieve the objectives desired by the base.

This 'infighting' hasn't been a 'distraction' or 'weakness' for them, it has produced victory after victory, including control of all three branches.
Oh yeah - never a convenient time to have some real talk about the dynamic that the Democrats in the Senate are led by bunch of chumps. Certainly not after they created the conditions for yet another base demoralizing surrender.
This kind of activity is just what you should want to see, if your are a Republican, eager to see the opposition distracted by self-destructive infighting.

Our reporting has shown that recent policy changes at the VA are having an impact on working conditions and on patient care, but we need your help to understand the full picture.

If you recently left the VA, here’s how you can reach us:

This allows Trump (via DOJ) to use taxpayer money to bribe eight GOP Senators. It's that simple, there's no other way to describe it.

And where's the compensation for people injured by the Trump admin's unlawful conduct through DHS & DOGE?

Take a bow, @schumer.senate.gov, you did this.

There is a subreddit where people post pictures of bookshelves "bookshelf detective", and sometimes it's like "girl I'm dating, what do you think she is like"

And then the comments guess at what kind of person the owner of the bookshelf is and it feels ODDLY HUMILIATING LOL

Exactly this. Republicans were exhibiting a classic hostage-taking strategy. Call them out on this. It's a monstrous thing to do to use starving kids as a political tool, but *especially* when you consider they did it to ensure that healthcare costs would go up. Truly evil shit.
instead of saying this was good strategy, maybe senate dems should say: "the republicans were going to kill people by starving them to death, and because we aren't monsters, we decided to let this fight go. We'll keep fighting. Stop electing monsters."

It's damn funny to think about continuity problems for a spy who, to extent there is "canon,"

is at least 80 years old, a heavy drinker, and littered with extensive brain & body injuries; and

is undoubtedly known by face and name to every intelligence agency and crime syndicate in the whole world.

The one thing every single one of us can count on in this life is that you will become disabled.

The only variable is whether it happens at birth, in old age, or somewhere in between
Yall real silent about disability injustices because most of you don’t see disability as a thing that can happen to you.

We are “aww those poor people”. Meanwhile disability can happen to anyone at any moment and those injustices you ignored? They become your experiences too

These will never truly replace caregivers and PSW's. My wife is a PSW and there is the whole social aspect of the job which all the eggheads seem to forget about. These robots can't comfort an old person in distress, it can't be empathetic to them, or give them true companionship.
